October 3rd, the designer [size=14][red]Alber Elbaz[/red][/size] has been made [size=14][red]Officer of the Legion of Honour[/red][/size] by the Culture Minister, [size=14][red]Audrey Azoulay[/red][/size], a distinction received in the middle of Fashion Week, in front of several celebrities.

The ceremony took place rue de Valois in Paris, in the presence of Demi Moore, Kristin Scott-Thomas and Anna Wintour; “[grey] What a great front row! [/grey]” shouted the designer. Alber Elbaz remained 14 years as Lanvin’s artistic director before being ousted in October 2015, which had raised a stir in the fashion world.

The French Culture Minister went back on the carrer of the Israeli-American designer from Casablanca to Tel Aviv, where he grew up, and then New York and Paris. "[grey] France is proud of a man who owes his life to his talent and his work, [/grey]" she said.
