From April 15th to May 30th, on the invitation of the French embassy in Cameroun, the National Center of Plastics Arts organizes a contemporary art show in Cameroun, with the presentation of works from its collection.

The National Center of Plastic Arts proposes a selection of contemporary drawings about the issue of the human being in his environment with mostly French artists as Béatrice Cussol, Damien Deroubaix, Frédérique Loutz, Christophe Vigouroux. A creation from HUghues Reip will make a link with a video from William Kentridge. Some videos of Stephen Dean, Laurent Grasso, Christian Lebrat, Isabelle Levenez, Mryk et Moriceaux, Hugues Reip, Xavier Veilhan and Nil Yalter will complete the program.

The exhibition "Décalages" at the French Cultural Center" presents a selection of works which show a gap between the subject and their creation.

Barthélemy Toguo will speak at the University of Yaoundé and at the French Cultural Centers of Yaoundé and Douala.

Built by Barthelemy Toguo as a place of production and hospitality for artists, Bandjounstation organizes a program of videos about some contemporary artists as Christian Boltanski, François Morellet, Daniel Buren, Jean Tinguely, Arma, Orlan, Annette Messager and Wang Du.
The quantity of exhibited works and sponsors and partnerships make the initiative as an innovative event in all the South Sahara.
