Takizawa will design the fall-winter 2011/12 menswear collection for Helmut Lang.
Ex-designer for Issey Miyake and actually designer for his own brand, Takizawa will design the menswear collection for Helmut Lang from the 2011/12 fall-winter on.
Born in 1960, Naoki Takizawa attended the Kuwasawa Design School in Tokyo and started his working career at Issey Miyake. Former director of the Japanese brand, he is a faithful fan of Helmut Lang brand for which he will design the menswear collection.
Takizawa will use his know-how of materials and silhouette by creating a collection for indipendent men who love a minimalist style.
