Craft, a new spaces for Art careers | Modem Mag

The Maison & Objet, which will be held from September 3rd to September 7th 2010, launch Craft: a new space dedicated to careers in Art.

A 1000 m2 surface will give the possibility to nearly 200 artists to expose their unique Works. Furniture and art objects made of metal, ceramic; wood, glass and other materials will be on display.

Stephane Plassier, the designer selected by the Ateliers d’Art de France imagined for Craft a particularly visual journey by creating different mise-en-scene.

The Hall number 4 will hosts as well the winners of the annual competition promoted by Ateliers d’Art de Paris. Twelve selected winners will have the privilege to exhibit during the two next tradeshows. The six designers who will exhibit in September are: Lily Alcaraz & Léa Berlier, Alexandre Bour, Camille Dupuis, Séverine Ferraris, Wilfrid Jolly and Emilie Zanon.

Another space, Artytube, designed by the Nelly Rodi agency under the artistic direction of Vincent Gregoire will host 40 artists around the Sensual touches theme.
