The contemporary trade show White Milano returns from February 22 to 25, 2024 animating the Tortona Fashion District. Many projects will be presented in conjunction with Milan Fashion Week, including the Secret Rooms.

The Secret Rooms are five hidden rooms, located inside Superstudio Più, Tortona 27, in which many new-generation international talents present their collections in spaces set up according to their brand vision. After careful scouting by the commercial team led by Simona Severini, general manager of White, emerging brands with a cohesive aesthetic were chosen to take part. For the second edition, reconfirming their presence in the Secret Rooms are designers Alberto Ciaschini, with his
iconic cigarette heel, and Samanta Virginio, with her pop and hyper-feminine vision. Both will be joined by Miao Ran with
a collection that plays with masculine and feminine, blending them and creating a fluid vision of clothing, Yangkehan, a Chinese designer who draws inspiration from traditional Eastern aesthetics, and Prototype: Am, a Berlin-based, high-end ready-to-wear brand that specializes in designing outerwear by experimenting with new silhouettes, overlays and volume.

ALBERTO CIASCHINI

Originally from the Marche region of Italy, Alberto Ciaschini has been immersed in the creative magic of one of the most important Made in Italy footwear production districts since he was very young. He is a passionate aesthete who projects the vision of women's footwear into a hyper-symbolic dimension in which the design object becomes a dream, a game, a feeling, and a pure form of self-expression. He began his training with a master's degree in fashion design at the Istituto Marangoni Fashion School in Milan and then developed his design skills at various Italian and international luxury companies. During his years at Alberto Guardiani, he achieved the most significant breakthrough of his career when he created the signature stilettos with the lipstick heel. Today Alberto Ciaschini unveils its new Smoking-Hot footwear collection, entirely Made in Italy, infusing once again the unique craftsmanship of traditional Italian shoemaking into an unconventional design approach on the very edge of elegance, irony, and sensuality.

SAMANTA VIRGINIO

Samanta Virginio is a women’s ready-to-wear brand founded in 2023 by Csm graduate Samanta Virginio. Her collections are inspired by her dual Italian-American heritage, nature, city life, pop culture, and muses both past and present. Samanta’s collections are made with the help of carefully selected Italian manufacturers and craftsmen who follow sustainable practices. Her newest collection combines knitwear with evening wear, blurring the lines between daytime attire and party dresses. Cutting-edge machine knitting and crochet techniques are incorporated to create unique representations.

Eclecticism and multidisciplinarity are his salient features, which allow him to switch from painting to designing with Oriental lightness. His creativity is complemented by an extraordinary sense of pictorial composition and design, completing a style that is conquering the press and buyers all over the world.

YANGKEHAN

Founded by Kehan Yang in 2021, Yangkehan is a Chinese designer who draws inspiration from traditional Eastern aesthetics made up of soft, bracing colors, as are the breezy shapes of each garment.
