Founded in 2012 in Paris, France, Tudoo initially provided marketing consulting services to French brands that wanted to enter the Chinese market.

In 2014, Tudoo saw the opportunity of designer brands in the Chinese market, so it set up "TUDOO SHOWROOM" in Guangzhou and Shanghai successively, and officially started to represent foreign designer brands to carry out ordering, distribution, brand operation and other services for them in China. In 2015, Tudoo officially entered the retail industry by opening its own multi-brand collection store "PlaySERIOUS" in China.

So far, as the official partner of Shanghai Fashion Week, Tudoo has become one of the most important designer brand agents in China, serving more than 2,000 buyers in China, and has 8 direct collection stores "PlaySERIOUS", and acting as a agent to operates a number of brand Tmall flagship stores. In 2024, Tudoo returned to Paris to work with Tranoï to officially start its global business.

With more than ten years of market experience, Tudoo has a deep understanding of the operation mode of the Chinese market, from brand ordering and distribution, to public relations promotion, to online and offline retail operation, as well as brand investment and incubation.
