The next edition of e-P Summit 2024, Pitti Immagine's event dedicated to the relationship between fashion and the digital world, taking place on April 9 and 10 in Florence, at Stazione Leopolda, has officially opened candidacies for its Innovation Call 2024.

The initiative is aimed at startups and emerging fashion tech companies that would like to present their newest solutions to managers and professionals in the fashion industry at the upcoming e-P Summit edition and compete for the e-P Summit Innovation Award, which offers a prize of €5,000. Additionally, among the companies selected by the Scientific Committee, UniCredit will choose one to access the support activities provided by the UniCredit Start Lab business platform.

For the Innovation Call, the e-P Summit’s scientific committee will select projects that combine high technology and high fashion, creating innovative and internationally scalable business opportunities.

Areas of interest range from 3D design & production to Artificial Intelligence, from e-commerce to KPI stores, from Web3 & Metaverse to Digital Product Passports, and solutions for recycling and digital distribution monitoring.

It is through innovation that we can address the global challenges of sustainability, production efficiency, and product customization, but also ensure transparency and traceability throughout the value chain. The Innovation Call is an opportunity for companies and startups to transform the industry into a vehicle for positive change," said Rinaldo Rinaldi, scientific director, e-P Summit.
