Première Classe, the trade show dedicated to fashion accessories, at the Tuileries Gardens in Paris from March 01 to 04, 2024. Among the exhibitors to know: La Prestic Ouiston, Studio Valette, Clara Daguin, Victoria Leivissa, and L'Adresse Paris Agency.

L'ADRESSE PARIS AGENCY

Returning for a third year, the government of Indonesia and L’Adresse Paris Agency inaugurated the accelerator program "Talent Indonesia" as they showcase 8 emerging designers. Having been trained over the last 6 months, their collections embed a story of local culture and techniques, between traditional and contemporary, empowering these talents into strong responsible brands of the future.
Brands: 3Mongkis (Rtw), Aidan&Ice (Jwl), Artkea (Rtw), Jewel Rocks (Jwl), Shiroshima (Rtw), Long Story Short (Acc), Jenna&Kaia (Rtw), Khasoe (Rtw)

LA PRESTIC OUISTON

In 2008, the story begins with vintage scarves that were twisted, mixed, and handcrafted into unique, numerated pieces. With this forerunner upcycling approach, Laurence and her creations quickly seduce a well-informed clientele, sensitive to the poetry of details. In 2010, La Prestic Ouiston launched its first collection. In 2019, the Parisian brand opened its first store in Saint-Germain des Prés, 21 Rue du Dragon, not far from its shop-in-shop at Le Bon Marché. In 2022, a new project comes to light in Brittany, a region very dear to Laurence’s heart, with a second address located in Baden, her hometown.

STUDIO VALETTE

Graduated from Ecole de la Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne and within the house of Saint Laurent, Pierre-François Valette launched his brand Studio Valette in 2020. Valette Studio rethought a Parisian factory with a strong sense of teamwork at every stage of creation. Each collection is highly referenced, drawing on a multitude of artistic and cultural inspirations. And yet, the garments created remain easy for consumers to approach leaving them free in their interpretation and possible associations. In tune with the times, Valette Studio develops an eco-responsible approach by working with deadstock fabrics and favoring on-demand production.

CLARA DAGUIN

Born in France and grew up in California’s Silicon Valley, creator Clara Daguin created her eponymous label in 2017. She was rewarded in September 2023 by the jury of the Grand Prix de la Création de la ville de Paris for her work boldly combining haute couture, cutting-edge craftsmanship, and technologies. She uses fashion as a vector for examining how technology evolves alongside the body, engaging with present circumstances and future realities: digitalization, dematerialization, and surveillance. Using light as a material, she leans into the esoteric: conjuring up energies and flows, externalizing our invisible infrastructures, and alluding to the way our anatomies secretly operate beneath our clothes.

VICTORIA LEIVISSA

While living between Paris and Ibiza, French designer Victoria fell in love with India in 2018 during a personal trip. Her first piece will be the Leivissa kimono, named in homage to the old town of Ibiza that she loves. Made by hand, from scraps of fabric in vibrant colors and enhanced with traditional Indian motifs, the kimono has since become the best piece of the collections. From there was born the eponymous Victoria Leivissa brand. Today the brand's wardrobe has expanded and offers blouses, pants, trench coats, and even jewelry pieces also from Indian craftsmanship.
