The multi-brand physical and online retailer, which is 40% owned by Roberta Benaglia's Style Capital fund, opens a Milan office, located via Spadari 2. The 500-square-meter space hosts offices destined for activities, including communications, showrooms, and an exclusive suite for top clients with a fitting room and glam station designed to facilitate interaction with press, talents, and top clients.

The showroom's layout is characterized by iron and natural brass structures that contrast with artwork by authors from the Secci Gallery, such as Concetto Pozzati, Michael Staniak, and Andrea Galvani.

The Milan headquarters joins the company's historic flagship in Florence, founded in 1929 by the Panconesi family. The project of the new opening is part of an investment business plan implemented in 2024. Last January, the company launched Luisaviaroma Group after the acquisition of Holding It, a group headed by Tommaso Maria Andorlini, current LuisaViaRoma’s ceo and 100% owner of the shares of Playground Srl (the company that owns a network of luxury-sportswear stores under the Sotf brand), and Ffw Srl, a digital full-service provider for the development of e-commerce services in the luxury sector.

The Luisaviaroma group closed in 2023 with a Gmv (Gross merchandise volume) of nearly 400 million euros and a growth forecast for 2024 at 450 million euros.
