Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid, organized by Ifema Madrid with the support of the Madrid City Council, will hold its next edition from March 18 to 22, 2026. The experimental spirit of emerging designers, showcased through EGO at MBFWMadrid, once again transforms the city into a focal point for contemporary fashion.
MODEM highlights four emerging designers brands presenting on March 22th in this season’s calendar: Patequilux, Eatfimos, Bonet and Adrià Egea.
PATEQUILUX
Designer: Patricia Fernández Iñesta
@patequilux/

Patricia Fernández Iñesta, born in Elda, known as the city of footwear, grew up with fashion as an intrinsic part of her life. Coming from a family of shoemakers, she knew from an early age that fashion would be the path through which she could express her most intimate emotions and lived experiences as life unfolded. In this way, Pat Equilux was born at the same time as a person was being shaped. The brand stands out for its deeply human character, placing empathy and understanding at its core, guiding us toward a shared aspiration: true inclusion. It connects with its audience by creating pieces that fill the small voids life leaves behind, offering unique designs in which individuals can recognize themselves. Rooted in its origins, the brand embraces a sustainable approach, using materials sourced from factory leftovers, recycled elements, and processes that are later transformed through artisanal craftsmanship.
EAFTIMOS
Designer: Erik Bruccia
@eaftimos?

Erik Bruccia (León, 2001), raised in Benavente, grew up in a family linked to fashion: great-grandparents, grandmother and his mother dedicated to clothing sales and dressmaking awakened in him an interest in the world of fashion design. During the pandemic he began designing in a self-taught way and imagining his own project. In 2021 he moved to Madrid to study a fashion master’s degree and, after a period of creative introspection, he founded EAFTIMOS in 2023, a label that explores the idea of being “locked in oneself”. Under this slogan, he works with shadow and inner voice as narrative drivers. In 2024 he presented his first independent show in Madrid, RESiLiENCE A/W24. The brand places craftsmanship at its core: footwear and accessories are developed in his own studio in small series with handcrafted finishes.
BONET
Designer: Ismael Bonet

Born in Ibiza, the young designer was attracted to fashion and art from an early age. Although Ismael was also interested in photography and audiovisual communication, the decision to study fashion was foremost. His firm was born in 2021 as a final degree project and formalised in 2022. He has always taken inspiration from music, cinema and pop culture. Each collection Ismael creates is driven by the story he wants to tell and how it will make the wearer feel.
ADRIA EGEA

ERROR SERIES 4.0
«At the origin of the myth, pride was the downfall. Lucifer, the angel of light, blinded by his own radiance, rebelled against divine order and paid the price for his desire to be more. But what if that force that impulse to believe in oneself beyond imposed limits could be transformed into virtue?». This collection begins from that idea: reclaiming pride as a creative energy, an expression of inner power born from the recognition of one’s own worth. What was once considered sin here becomes a driving force of self-confidence, ambition, and authority. The silhouettes reinterpret the uniform as a metaphor for control and dominance, challenging the traditional notion of “pride” as a flaw. Structured cuts and calculated proportions communicate power through form. The garments become contemporary armor: symbols of presence, determination, and purpose.
