The universe of Colombian fashion will have a collective presence at On The Beach, the new format of White Milano, from June 18 to 20 at the Tortona Fashion District.
The Colombia Edit at White Milano, curated and organized by Makeno, is conceived as a space for discovery and connection, designed to generate visibility, validate market opportunities, and open conversations with buyers, retailers, hotels, resorts, showrooms, concept stores, lifestyle platforms, and specialized press.
Makeno is a Colombian design curation, retail and promotion platform dedicated to the visibility, marketing and positioning of Colombian brands, building bridges between local talent and new market opportunities internationally.
The selection of brands presenting at White June edition brings together brands with different trajectories, languages and commercial scales, connected by a common sensibility: design with identity, quality, craftsmanship, visual narrative and the ability to engage in dialogue with new international markets.
Participating brands include Emi Díaz, ocean-inspired jewelry; Michú, handcrafted accessories made from naturalfibers; Mai Petit, lingerie and bodysuits designed with comfort and body celebration in mind; Atelier 17.56, with fluid silhouettes and prints inspired by the Colombian Caribbean; Maaji, internationally recognized for its reversible and colorful swimwear; ONEONE, a vibrant swimwear and lifestyle brand; Benedetta, resort wear with a handcrafted emphasis; Bahía María, versatile pieces that transition from beachwear to luxury settings; Airavata, swimwear from Medellín with a contemporary approach; Isidora Malva, sustainable luxury handbags and accessories; Waimari, timeless garments crafted by Colombian artisans; and Ace of Hearts, urban and essentialfashion made in Medellín; amoung others.
For Makeno, this participation represents an opportunity to understand how Colombian design is responding to the new formats and commercial dynamics that are currently redefining the global fashion industry. Beyond showcasing products, the project aims to generate learning, strategic connections, and growth opportunities for the participating brands.
After two years of joint work and strategic construction between Makeno and White Milano, this edition marks the beginning of a long-term commitment to strengthen the presence of Colombian design at the fair, with a projection towards the September 2026 and February 2027 editions.
