Founded by Danish designers Bess Nielsen and Jan Machenhauer, Epice was launched in 1999 with the idea of creating pieces of textiles for pleasure: subtlety of the colours, softness of touch, refinement of embroideries. The identity of the brand is based on its creation. Each stole is unique and designed as a piece of art. After reflecting on the choice of stole size, yarn, color, and the combination of original patterns, the pieces are woven and printed manually in workshops in India.
