From October 8 to 11, the Modalisboa Priority presented by Omoda & Jaecoo fashion show schedule foregrounds the diversity of paths, scales, and creative languages shaping contemporary fashion. Across four days and four distinct locations, a rich lineup of collaborations, debuts, and site-specific presentations will trace a new geography, expanding the possibilities for dialogue between collection, space, and audience.
The heart of the official program kicks off on Thursday at Mude – Museu do Design, opening with presentations by Béhen and Ad Hoc—a collaborative textile project by Constança Entrudo and Marie Hazard developed between Portugal and France. As part of the ongoing partnership between Lisboa Fashion Week and Mude, Carlos Gil’s show will extend two days later from the museum directly onto Rua Augusta. Taking over one of Lisbon’s most iconic pedestrian streets, the event reflects the Municipality of Lisbon’s commitment to making design and culture accessible to everyone. In keeping with this shared vision, a limited number of seats will be available to the general public, subject to mandatory registration starting October 5.
Location and heritage play a central role in this edition’s narrative. On 9 October, Luís Carvalho presents at the Palácio Nacional da Ajuda – Museu do Tesouro Real for the first time, placing the architectural lines of his work in dialogue with a historic heritage context. The following day, Havas Village hosts the performative presentation of Portuguese Soul by Apiccaps, an editorial project dedicated to promoting Portuguese talent on the international stage.
At Pátio da Galé, the central programme brings together an impressive roster of creators: Sangue Novo | Young Designers Competition, Workstation Design, Roselyn Silva, Gonçalo Peixoto, Kolovrat, Nuno Baltazar, DuarteHajime, Luís Onofre, Valentim Quaresma, 2B, and Dino Alves. Joining them are Adolfo Dominguez and Helena Vaz Pereira, powered by L’Oréal Professionnel, both making their official Lisboa Fashion Week debut. For those unable to attend in person, all shows will be livestreamed across ModaLisboa’s digital platforms and the RTP website.
Nurturing emerging talent remains a fundamental objective. The Workstation Design platform unfolds across three distinct moments during the four-day schedule, featuring presentations by Arndes, Bárbara Atanásio, Çal Pfungst, Francisca Nabinho, and Mestre Studio. The platform also marks the debut of Ariana Orrico, who will present the work developed during her creative residency at the Burel Factory, an opportunity secured through the Sangue Novo competition.
