Fashion Graduate Italia returns for its twelfth edition from October 27 to 29, 2026, at BASE Milano, establishing itself as the premier fashion week open to the city and dedicated to the creativity of the most talented students from Italian and international fashion academies, institutes, and schools. Organised by Piattaforma Sistema Formativo Moda ETS with the support of Regione Lombardia and under the patronage of Regione Toscana and the City of Milan, the event celebrates the talents of tomorrow through a dynamic programme of fashion shows, talks, digital workshops, lectures, and portfolio reviews.
The Theme of the 12th Edition: "Speak Up!"
The theme of this year's edition is "Speak Up!", an invitation to younger generations to become voices and drivers of change. The initiative encourages students to capture the spirit of our times, transform it into creative visions and innovative strategies, and open up new spaces for dialogue within the fashion system. In this context, fashion becomes a tool for awareness where identities, differences, and cultures merge to create groundbreaking narratives.
Connecting Higher Education and the Industry
Established to showcase the strengths of the Italian fashion ecosystem, Fashion Graduate Italia highlights a higher education model that passes on a unique heritage of culture, creativity, and technical skills while maintaining close ties with the country's manufacturing supply chain. The event fosters continuous exchanges between education, industry, and design culture. To strengthen connections between emerging talents and companies, this edition features dedicated portfolio reviews and the launch of a specialised online hub on the event's website. The event also welcomes the return of Talent To Talent, developed in collaboration with the City of Milan as part of the City to City programme, which brings creations from prestigious international universities to Milan.
