The 14th edition of Salone Satellite happened from April 12th to April 17th at Fiera Milano at Rho. The Salone Satellite Price 2011 was dedicated to light and office. 700 designers from 20 international schools had participated to this edition.

The jury of the Salone Satellite Prize 2011 consisted of: Paola Antonelli, design senior curator at the MoMa, Mario Bellini architect, Alberto De Zan president of Assoufficio, Michele Gismondi managing director of North Light,{{ Franziska Kessler designer and gallery owner, Aurelio Magistà journalist for La Repubblica, Franco Raggi architect, {{Marco Sabetta Chief Executive Officer Cosmit, Nick Winson Wallpaper

The winners: the Berliner Elisa Strozyk, the author of the project " Accordion Cabinet ". German Robert Hoffmann, second, with the aluminum lamp "Modular Light". On the third position the Serbian Irena Kilibarda with an avant-gardist lamp " Lamped ".
