The contemporary fashion tradeshow Rendez-Vous will be in the United States from Sunday, July the 17th to Tuesday the 19th 2011.

By organizing the event during the tradeshows Capsule and ENK, Nicolas Jones and Antoine Floch, already giving two exhibitions in Paris and a Women edition in NYC, wish to conquer the American men market with a cozy, showroomlike atmosphere (about 30 brands only).

"The key to a good commercial salon is to gather brands in an environment that isn't commercial." The place where it will be held - Industria Superstudio - is located between West Village and Meatpacking district, the new trendy place of NYC.

Young contemporary brands with strong identities will attend Appointment NYC. "Not only checkered shirts or printed t-shirts", says Nicolas Jones. Among others, U-NI-TY, Surface to Air, Hope, Passarella Death Squad, Unconditional, 6876, Baron Wells, Cipher… will be present. A relaxed, professional atmosphere is expected.

A BBQ is expected at Soho Ground's yard on the 18th of july.
