A month to go until the next Pitti Immagine Uomo edition, and the events special guests are already announced. Carven, historical French brand since 2009 led by the young creative director Guillaume Henry, will be the next menswear guest designer at Pitti Uomo 82. The brand, experiencing a period of great relaunch thanks to Henry, seems the ideal host because as Lapo Cianchi (Pitti Immagine communications & events director) says, it is "Following a wider exploitation of the new masculine elegance, custom tailoring, affordable luxury, we are searching at Pitti Uomo". Pitti W guests are Peter Pilotto and Christopher De Vos, with their fashion brand taking its name from the first, known for their body conscious fashion, stunning colors and bold prints that are having success both on the English runways and on known every celebrity. The Peter Pilotto S/S 2013 pre-collection will be presented at an event in Florence, expressing the characteristic creative process of the brand, which includes different sources of inspiration and always interesting collaborations with artists and other creatives.
