Le Grand Fooding Milano 2013 will return the next 2, 3 and 4 July to present CULTorama, an event that includes performances dedicated to culinary cult.
The preparation of the meals will be given by interpretation of celebrity chefs including:

- Kristin Frederick "Le Truck qui Fume"
- Paolo Parisi, farmer-chef militant
- Mohamed Ourad of the restaurant Momo in London
- Bernard Chesneau, with its famous "flaeskesteg"
- Jean-François Ferrié will delight us with his "Aligot à l'ancienne"
- Franco Alberti "É Wiva, Riccione"
