Helsinski Design Week takes place 4-14. september 2014.

Helsinki Design Week is produced by Luovi, a design service office founded in Helsinki in 1995. Luovi ideates and realizes multidisciplinary concepts that integrate different areas of design into urban culture. Alongside Helsinki Design Week Luovi is known for many other events that gather professionals and active urban citizens together.

Luovi Ltd. has appointed Hanna Harris as Programme Director of Helsinki Design Week as of 1 March 2014. Hanna Harris is a curator, producer and researcher. Her education is in urban studies, new media, art and design, and she has over 15 years of experience in the creative and arts and culture sectors.

"Helsinki Design Week is the key meeting point for the Finnish design community. It also offers an increasingly important space for interaction with design and designers from around the world." Harris says.
