Welcome to the (fashion) jungle! Philip Lim teamed up with BLITZ - Lane Crawford's special collaboration and creative project platform - for a collection of exotic skin handbags. For this occasion, Lim showcased his new line at the Joyce Gallery Palais-Royal in Paris, during the Spring/Summer 2015 season, surrounded by an exotic flora & fauna set-design.

"Phillip Lim immediately came to mind when we decided to do a project like Exotic City, because we wanted to add a contemporary point of view to exotic skin bags," explained Kim Kollar, BLITZ and Lane Crawford's Director of Fashion & Special Projects. "We felt that these three silhouettes are great examples of his effortless way of adding twists to classic and that this collection could inspire a new perception of what exotic bags can be.”

The line pays a tribute to Lim's most eye-catching styles, and therefore includes the designer's 3.1 Minute Bag (an envelope clutch), The Mini Ryder (a square shaped, top-handel satchel) and The Wednesday (a Boston-style bag), which are all available in two-tone black and jade green, and black monotone hues. The bags are sold on lanecrawford.com and at the Lane Crawford ifc mall, and Lane Crawford Canton Road in Hong Kong.
