A rich schedule of events have been illustrated last Tuesday at Palazzo Marino by Camera Nazionale della Moda president Carlo Capasa, on the occasion of the press conference of Milan Women’s Fashion Week, which will run from 22 to 27 February with 70 runways shows, 88 ready-to-wear and accessories presentations - 4 by appointment - and 37 events planned for a total of 174 collections.
So many shows, news and events are expected during the 6 days, from the milanese debut of the French maison Vionnet, passing through the new entries of Annakiki, Angel Chen, Calcaterra, supported by Cnmi, Situationist, a Georgian brand supported by Cnmi in collaboration with White, and Xu Zhi, the guest at Armani Theater.
Up to the Fashion Hub Market 4th edition, the temporary showroom dedicated to the upcoming designers, an initiative launched in 2015 in alliance with the milanese bank UniCredit.
Fifteen Italian and foreign brands have been selected to showcase for the very first time their ready-to-wear and accessories collections for the fall/winter 2017-18 inside the UniCredit Pavilion located in Piazza Gae Aulenti, in the heart of the Porta Nuova district, which is the headquarters of the fashion shows (moved from the previous location of Palazzo Giureconsulti).
