Olivier Saillard keeps curating the exhibitions devoted to the work and creations of Azzedine Alaia, his new exhibition “Another way to look at fashion, The Tati collection” just opened at the Azzedine Alaïa Foundation (18 rue de la Verrerie, 75004 Paris) this Monday, dedicated to the first-ever collaboration, between the luxury fashion brand and a mass-market retailer, which was created back in 1991 by fashion designer Azzedine Alaia for the French brand Tati, famous for selling cheap textiles and Bazaar.

Besides the various outfits, with a Tati signature checked print, from the collection, there are Julian Schnabel paintings, who originally inspired Alaia for this partnership with his artworks, sketches of his designs by Thierry Perez, and video footage by Ellen Von Unwerth.

The exhibition is opened for visits every day from 11 AM to 19 PM until January, 5th 2020.
