The sixth edition of Milano Moda Graduate

The sixth edition of Milano Moda Graduate rewarded ‘‘Giulia Barbieri's talent and creativity in presenting the "Look Over" collection, which is a hymn to human identity that has its origins in jazz to reflect on contemporary issues and movement Black Lives Matter.

The initiative was born in 2015 to celebrate and promote the excellence of Italian fashion schools. Milano Moda Graduate allows the most talented students of fashion schools to make themselves known internationally and share their passion.The fashion shows took place in the beautiful setting of the Permanente Museum, in Milan, mixing art, culture, and fashion in an event for emerging talents of great importance.

Camera Nazionale Della Moda Italiana Fashion Award was assigned to Giulia Barbieri by the award jury, chaired by Carlo Capasa, President of the Camera Nazionale Della Moda Italiana, {Beppe Angiolini, Honorary President Of Camera Italiana Buyer Moda, Jacopo Etro, Creative Director Textile and Home of Etro, Danda Santini Editor in Chief of Io Donna and Hitoshi Yamaguchi, President YKK Italia, partner of the event. The award will support the growth path of the young emerging Designer, coming from the Modartech Institute.

The "Selvadego" collection by Alberto Cornolò from the IUAV of Venice, obtained the award offered by Vogue Talents, a photographic editorial published in Vogue Talents, while YKK Italia (main partner of Milano Moda Graduate) awarded the project by Lucia Grande of NABA, New Academy of Fine Arts.
