There will also be the new digital platform, the Berlin Fashion Summit, conceived by Studio MM04, in which avant-garde creatives meet protagonists and players in the sector and work together to develop solutions for the needs of the different fashion industries, consumer cultures, sustainability-driven by innovation and technological movements. The Berlin Fashion Summit will launch from 18 to 24 January a series of virtual meetings related to sustainability, with the main Berlin stakeholders and other organizers, which will be used to highlight the sustainability of Berlin designers, who stand out due to upcycling, use of sustainable materials or their commitment.

And again, the Fashion Open Studio has selected five Berlin-based designers as the first representatives of the city, who will host a series of individual mentoring sessions, digital workshops, virtual studio tours, and open studio talks: Anekdot, Emeka Suits, Buki Akomolafe, Church of the Hand and Karen Jessen. Visitors can access the designers' studios via the Fashion Open Studio Instagram account (@fashionopenstudio) and the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week website (mbfw.berlin) .

The program is enriched by three expert panels curated by Fashion Open Studio in cooperation with Fashion Revolution Germany. Furthermore, the Berlin Fashion Week will be enriched with events related to the world of music, art, and creativity at 36o °.
