Pitti Immagine announced that the upcoming edition of menswear trade show Pitti Uomo will run as a stand-alone event. In fact, the fair presenting to the spring 2023 men’s collections will be held from June 14 to 17, 2022, not in conjunction with Pitti Bimbo and Pitti Filati fairs dedicated to childrenswear and yarn-makers, respectively.

Last summer edition of Pitti Immagine, which was held in July 2021 in physical format combining for the first time the three events, Pitti Uomo, Pitti Bimbo, and Pitti Filati that had to move temporarily to the Stazione Leopolda venue. Therefore, Pitti Bimbo 95 will take place from June 22 to 24, while Pitti Filati come back to the Fortezza da Basso location in Florence, from June 29 to July 1.

The 102nd edition of Pitti Uomo will be divided into four thematic areas, in addition to a special project dedicated to sustainable fashion. Fantastic Classic, devoted to masculine elegance that transmits good taste and culture for an impeccable wardrobe; Futuro Maschile will be a journey through the evolutions of a contemporary menswear; Dynamic Attitude, dedicated to outerwear and sportswear revisited in an urban key, and Superstyling, showcasing collections focuses on stylistic research and capable of blending tradition together with pure experimentation. Finally, the section S|Style Sustainable Style will be dedicated to some of the most interesting designers and emerging labels in sustainable fashion.

Around 8,000 trade visitors were registered in January, of which 4900 were buyers buyers from Italy and abroad.
