Frankfurt Fashion Week will take place from June 20 to 26, 2022, and for the first time without being subject to constraints or restrictions caused by Covid-19. At the occasion of the event in June, Frankfurt Fashion Week aims to amplify the scope of this message and consolidate with this action its own identity and positioning, remaining consistent with the values of sustainability that have marked and characterized the previous virtual and hybrid editions.

FFW’s intention is on the one hand to involve Frankfurt’s citizens on the topic of sustainability and on the other hand to communicate and interact on the same matter with the entire professional fashion industry through the textile trade fairs of Messe Frankfurt, recognized as reference in this sector and present in a widespread way in the international context. The Texpertise Network currently includes 60 international events for the textile sector.

In order to correspond to this dynamic and to put the focus on the fashion industry's innovations and sustainable production processes, Messe Frankfurt's international textile trade fairs are being integrated into the context of Frankfurt Fashion Week: Techtextil, for textiles and non-wovens, Texprocess, a leader in the processing of textile and flexible materials, Heimtextil Summer Edition, home and contract textiles. These trade fairs will be all held at the Frankfurt Fair and Exhibition Centre from June 21 to 24, 2022.

Neonyt will be held from June 24 to 26, 2022 in the centre of Frankfurt, building on its multi-dimensional positioning on sustainability issues. Whilst maintaining its role as a professional trade show, Neonyt will also target the entire community in Frankfurt and produce initiatives with innovative experiential formats aimed at the end-consumer audience.

The public of the Frankfurt Fashion Week in June can expect a wide variety of Events, Exhibitions, Fashion Shows, Lectures and much more.

Particularly Fashionsustain, which is integrated into Neonyt and has developed a partnership with the Conscious Fashion and Lifestyle Network in collaboration with the United Nations Office has committed to include the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into their trade show agenda.
