2022 Andam Fashion Award Finalists

The jury selected 13 finalists for the grand prize of the 2022 Andam Fashion Award, the competition founded in 1989 by Nathalie Dufour and president Guillaume Houzé aiming to provide financial and logistical support to innovative fashion designers and start-ups. These 13 young talents will present their project to the judges who will select the 2022 winners based on both creative and business potentials. The presentation of the 2022 awards will be held on June 30.

The 7 nominees for the grand prize of 300,000 euros & a special prize of 100,000 euros are: Robert Wun from London, New York City’s Peter Do, Copenhagen’s Heliot Emil, South Africa-based Lukhanyo Mdingi, Berlin-based label Ottolinger, French brand Cool by Thomas Monet, and Dutch label Botter.

In addition to the 7 nominees for the grand prize, Andam also revealed nominees for the Pierre Bergé prize of 100,000 euros and for the Accessories prize of 50,000 euros. Central Saint Martins graduate Benjamin Benmoyal, Paris-based labels, Bluemarble and Boyarovskaya will compete for the Pierre Bergé. Instead, Serge Ruffieux’s label 13 09 SR, London-based Romanian label Ancuta Sarca, and Paris-based Dolly Cohen are the 3 contenders for the Accessories prize.

In addition to the financial and mentoring awards, the finalists will also receive a support program developed by Andam. These designers could access invaluable advices and expertise that will guide them in structuring and growth their business.
