London Fashion Week SS23 to feature over 100 brands, including Raf Simons and JW Anderson

September’s London Fashion Week runs from Sept. 16 to 20, 2022 with a digital-physical calendar full of big names. The official schedule revealed by the British Fashion Council includes more than 100 brands that will present their Spring Summer 2023 collections.

Burberry will return to the LFW calendar with a physical show after showing digitally for two years due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and Raf Simons, now co-creative director for Prada, who has previously presented his collections in Paris and New York, will make his LFW debut too with a physical show. Jonathan Anderson also returns to LFW with his brand JW Anderson.

Among the brands in the calendar, there are Erdem, Noon by Noor, Daniel Fletcher, Molly Goddard, Rejina Pyo, David Koma, Simone Rocha, Halpern, Roksanda, Lvmh Prize winners Nensi Dojaka, and S.S. Daley, Knwls, Chopova Lowena, Susan Fang, Pronounce, and Richard Quinn.

The British Fashion Council NewGen show space will showcases at the Old Selfridges Hotel the work of emerging talents including Leo Carlton, Harri, Helen Kirkum, Paolo Carzana, Masha Popova, Feben, yuhan wang, Stefan Cooke, Eftychia, Ancuţa Sarca, Sinéad O'Dwyer, Chet Lo, and Di Petsa.

There is also the return of City Wide Celebration, a curated program of unique experiences and activations promoted by BFC open to the public over LFW, spearheaded by inclusivity and consciousness, moving the fashion conversation forward through industry-wide participation and partnerships. Events include designer Q&A sessions, workshops around Zero-Waste Craftsmanship and upcycling, live music performances, and limited edition product drops.
