Dell'Oglio Group, the historic retail chain founded in 1890 in Palermo, has acquired the Parisi Taormina company. Five stores, of which four multi-brand boutiques, and one mono-brand store, all located in the heart of Taormina in Sicily, have been added to Dell’Oglio’s boutique portfolio. “With the acquisition of the Parisi Taormina company, two histories of the family business with a heritage that is more than 100 years long come together”, said Dell'Oglio group in a statement.
Along with the acquisition of the four Parisi Group stores, Dell'Oglio has added a fifth boutique also on the main Corso Umberto I. The store will be a mono-brand store of the La Double J brand. "The goal of the acquisition of Parisi Taormina is to relaunch the brand and its boutiques by innovating their image and offer aligned with the great success that has met Taormina in recent years,” added the company. The Dell'Oglio project also includes an immediate restyling of the image of Parisi Taormina, entrusted to the architect Francesco Librizzi.
