Luxury retailer Franz Kraler continues to redefine the traditional wholesale business model expanding its network.
The Palais Campofranco, a 14th century estate belonging to the Habsburg-Lorraine family and is now owned by Count Georg von Kuenburg, located on central Piazza Walter in Bolzano, Italy, hosts the new Franz Kraler's store. The boutique is in addition to the Franz Kraler family's seven shops in major towns around the Dolomites, between Cortina d’Ampezzo and Dobbiaco.

The space of 1,614 square feet, revamped by the Marastoni design studio, presents a selection of luxury brands, from Gucci and Valentino to Fendi and Christian Louboutin.

"The building is part of the redevelopment project of a corner of the historic center of Bolzano", said the company in a note. “The structure inaugurated at the end of September 2022 after complex renovation works and a recovery plan for the cubatures destroyed in the last war, connects the relationship between historic, renovated buildings and new contemporary cubatures, in a continuous dialogue between the past and the present and inviting to relive the history of the Habsburgs".

The store in Bolzano is conceived to offer an innovative acquisition experience, where luxury, style, and fine dining unite to give life to the experience of shopping. The company made a partnership with Meta, the restaurant founded by entrepreneur Gunther Stecher, located on the top floor of Palais Campofranco. Later there will be the opening of the Meta Suite on the second floor of the building, above the Franz Kraler store.
