One of the newest design districts in Milan, which presents itself under the other name of The Other district, launches the theme EverythinK is design bringing the desire to incorporate different fields into the center of its activities, interpreting design almost as a catalyst for the ferment that arises here. The concept is inspired by Paul Rand, a graphic designer who made the history of visual communication and who argued that design is the method that allows the union between form and content, thus welcoming multiple and infinite definitions with an inclusive and contemporary vision. Porta Venezia is, in fact, a vibrant neighborhood that has made its desire for aggregation a push towards a new approach that sees design as a possible dialogue between citizens, designers, historical architecture, and social and environmental evolutions aimed at enhancing the territory.

Inspired in Barcelona is the collective and conceptual exhibition curated by Apartamento Studios and Júlia Esqué to celebrate Barcelona's creative scene in Milan, inspired by the use of clay as a primordial and universal element for the creation of the first design artifacts, common especially in the Mediterranean region. Within this event, the Terra Rossa installation is a pyramid with more than 70 original cantirs reinterpreted by 15 Catalan designers, such as Marc Morro, Robbie Whitehead, Jaume Ramirez, Apparatu, and Clàudia Valsells, among others, who use clay as a primordial element.

The theme of accessible design is interpreted within the spaces of one of the city's first cinemas, the Liberty Ex Cinema Dumont building, now the Venice Library. Here innovative furnishings are designed to facilitate autistic children to express themselves freely without encountering obstacles.
