Heritage Next China-France Cultural Exchange Series Event: "Heavenly Embroidery: Fashion Culture Exhibition" is organized by WWD China and its parent company Chinamind Next. The exhibition is set to open at Samantaine Paris Pont-Neuf on Sept. 24.

Coexisting with nature, resonating with the universe. From the philosophical values of traditional Chinese Taoism to the global transmission of fashion culture, sustainability transcends from merely being about the human living environment, but embody an eternal proposition that integrates international values, global perspectives, and diverse cultures. From East to West, from tradition to modernity, from commercial enterprise to human society, and from contemporary architecture to natural ecosystems, all are stakeholders in this enduring proposition.

Heritage Next centers on heritage, craftsmanship, innovation, and the future, focusing on the presentation of Chinese aesthetics and intangible cultural heritage in the context of contemporary fashion. This significant event, held to celebrate the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and France, aims to continue and create history through a series of cultural communication activities with young creative talents, all while promoting beauty, heritage and sustainability in fashion design.

WWD China, in collaboration with Samaritaine Paris Pont-Neuf, the iconic department store op-crated by Des Group (the selective retail arm of Lvmh Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton) and embodiment of French art of living, will host the "Heavenly Embroidery: Fashion Culture Exhibition. This exhibition invites ten young designers to draw inspiration from Chinese or French literature and art, blend embroidery craftsmanship from China' s intangible cultural heritage, and create a fashion art piece.

Curated by Rosalie Huang. Artistic Director of WWD China, this fashion exhibition interprets the cultural heritage of the East and West through the borderless language of fashion aesthetics, reviving exquisite craftsmanship and showcasing Chiese fashion aesthetics on the international stage.
