Fattore K, the Milanese showroom founded by Gianni Klemera in 2004, opened a second space called K-Lab where fashion meets outdoors and performance. The launch of K-Lab was made on the company's 20th anniversary. Fattore k and K-Lab are part of Fattore K House.

Specialized in menswear and the refined selection of international brands, Fattore K is a successful project that has seen the first major phase of change and expansion starting in 2014, with the reorganization and entry in the company of Mattia Mao, co-partner of the new course and expert sales manager. Thanks to various strategic activations implemented over the years, including the entry into CSM (Camera Showroom Milan), Fattore K's activity has expanded, closing in 2022 with a record increase of 60%, a result then reconfirmed also in 2023.

The showroom promotes 20 brands including Nobis, Norse Projects, Ordinary Fits, Universal Works, and the shoe label Paraboot. Fattore K has a client portfolio of 500 accounts across Europe, taking care of their management between Milan, Paris Fashion Week, and the temporary showroom in Zurich which is set up for each season. Thanks to the great feedback and appreciation received in recent seasons, Gianni Klemera has decided to celebrate its 20th anniversary by opening an additional space, K-Lab, located in the Tortona District specifically dedicated to outdoor, sportswear, and performance. “This operation represents for us a strong signal of great positivity towards a market that is currently suffering,” said Gianni Klemera. “With K-Lab we are ready to seize the opportunities that arise even in the most difficult moments. The brands we have included promptly respond to the desires of a demanding contemporary consumer who is attentive not only to the quality of the product but also to the philosophy that distinguishes it and last but not least to the price".

The new showroom showcases collections from brands including Cubitts, Merrell, Purple Mountain Observatory, Taion, and YMC-Youmustcreate. Cubitts was founded in King’s Cross, London, in 2013, and combines innovative technology with traditional craftsmanship, with a meticulous attention to detail. Established in 2021, Purple Mountain Observatory is an outdoors and activewear brand that emerged from a profound love for nature yet draws inspiration from the dynamic urban landscape. Taion is an inner down wear brand that originated in Japan; its mission is to develop an affordable quality product wear that can maintain "Taion" which means "body temperature" in Japanese. YMC was founded in 1995 by Jimmy Collins and Fraser Moss featuring menswear, womenswear, and unisex designs; today it is recognized for original contemporary clothing with two standalone London stores.
