The South Korean fashion house, Songzio, opens its first Paris flagship store in the heart of le Marais.
Located in 10 Rue Charlot 75003, Songzio’s Paris flagship uniquely converges Parisian classicism with Korean modernism. Designed by Jay Songzio, the brand’s creative director, and Hypnos Xp, renowned architecture studio based in Paris, the store penetrates the Haussmanian street with a brutalist force.

Songzio’s collections begin on a canvas where the season’s inspirations, ideas, and emotions are painted. From this painting, every look is meticulously drawn and crafted to reach the final collection. Songzio’s Paris flagship captures this process of creation from the designer’s first artworks to the final collection.

Songzio Paris flagship is the embodiment of Songzio’s creative concept of dualism coexisting in order and disorder: symmetry and asymmetry, light and darkness, curves and angles, mass and division, finitude and infinitude, bold yet peaceful, complex yet quiet, classical yet avant-garde. This concept is exhibited through a modernistic architectural design, pure choice of raw materials, calculated use of light and reflections as well as dramatic curation of Songzio’s artworks, which imbue a strong sense of emotion to this stoic space.

The architecture and design of Songzio’s stores are inspired by stripped classicism, a 20th century classicist architectural style that was somewhat paradoxically promulgated by radical modernist thinking. stripped classicism embodies a dichotomy and conversion of the old and the new, invoking the power of modernity whilst simultaneously reinventing the past.

The sales campaign for Songzio's FW 25 collection takes place from January 23rd to 29th, 2025 in a dedicated private showroom space inside this new flagship store.
