Andam, the National Association for the Development of Fashion Arts, has been rewarding young designers every year since 1989. Now in its 36th edition, it identifies talent, gives them visibility and, through its various prizes, helps develop their brand. To determine winners among the 2025 candidates, the permanent jury, which includes Cédric Charbit, ceo of Yves Saint Laurent, Alexandre de Betak, founder and creative director of Bureau Betak, and Bruno Pavlovsky, president of Chanel fashion, is always joined by guest jurors. For the 2025 edition, in addition to the permanent jury composed of public & private sponsors and fashion professionals, 11 personalities will share their creative and entrepreneurial vision with the finalists as well as take part in the winners selection process.

Pascal Morand, executive president of the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode, Sarah Andelman and fashion documentary director Loïc Prigent are among the 11 guest members under 2025 jury president Sidney Toledano. Alongside them are actress and author Lou Doillon; the singer Lucky Love; musical artist Eddy de Pretto; art gallery founder Emmanuel Perrotin, and model, actress and entrepreneur Liya Kebede; creative consultant Carlos Nazario; writer and fashion critic Sophie Fontanel, and Beka Gvishiani, the creator of Instagram account Style Not Com.

Finalists for 2025 will be revealed at the end of May, and the prize ceremony is scheduled for June 30. Five companies will receive a share of the overall 700,000-euro endowment, with the winner of the grand prize taking a 300,000-euro purse, and the runner-up 100,000 euros. Other awardees will include an accessories label and an ecological-focused tech startup in the fashion sector. The winner of the Pierre Bergé prize will receive a privileged mentorship from Alexandre Mattiussi, founder and artistic director of Ami, while the winners of the Grand Prize and Special Prize will be mentored by former chief executive officer of Lvmh Fashion Group and Dior Sidney Toledano.
