The Paris ready-to-wear and accessories trade show Tranoï, held from March 06 to 09, 2025, at Palais Brongniart during Paris Fashion Week, closed its last edition, which featured over 150 brands from Paris and beyond.
Craftsmanship, creativity, and excellence dominate the four days of the event, highlighting special projects and collaborations. Tranoï x Temple: The opening night of the show welcomed Temple Magazine (founded in 2018 by Anaïs Allias and Margaux Salarino) with Parisian DJ Jeune Pouce. The presentation of the first ready-to-wear collection of Mathilde Hiron, the brand founded by French prodigy of upcycled accessories and finalist at the Hyères Festival. Mathilde Hiron threads from fashion houses deadstocks, sculpting dreamy ceramic jewels. Classically trained in those two métiers d’arts, her techniques, associated with thrifting for the rarest source materials, shape unique accessories.
The comeback of the iconic Stéphane Kélian, the French heritage brand, renowned for its unique leather plaiting technique, showcased its shoe-making expertise. However, there has been a renewed curation with more than 40 new brands with unique know-how and visions, and a selection of designers at the forefront of tomorrow’s fashion taking part in the Brand List.
Tranoï also focused on sustainability and upcycling at the core of the young designers' creativity. They are becoming much more than a trend, they redefine the codes of design and transform existing items into unique pieces, creating collections that tell stories, and where the past inspires the future. AMon them, Alter, Anicet, Sake, 10.05.53, Estrafalario, Y-Y New York, and Simeon Farrar.
Creative Africa Nexus-Canex (piloted by Afreximbank, the African Export-Import Bank), as part of its partnership with Tranoï, returned for the 6th consecutive season to present a selection of 20 African designers (Rtw and accessories) in a new space on the Main Floor, spearheading the vitality and eclecticism of this continent, spotted and rewarded by the profession worldwide.
With the support of PromPerú France, Peru, a reference in ethical fashion, presented the Autumn-Winter collections of eight designers for the 5th consecutive season. Showcasing alpaca, Pima cotton, Toquilla straw, and natural Andean fibers, their designs blend modernity with traditional craftsmanship. This presence celebrated the excellence of Peruvian artisanship and reinforces its commitment to sustainable and responsible fashion on the international stage.
