M/SA, short for Makers of Sustainable Aesthetics, marks the highly anticipated return of Sakina M’Sa to the Paris fashion scene. With this new brand, the designer brings a radical yet refined vision of responsible luxury, where each garment embodies both aesthetic value and social commitment.
A pioneering figure in sustainable fashion, Sakina M’Sa returns with a textile manifesto: THE PURE, the Spring–Summer 2026 collection, unveiled for the first time at this show. Conceived as a tribute to forgotten materials and human stories, the line celebrates the art of transforming what already exists and giving it new life. Each piece is the result of a dialogue between artisanal know-how, textile heritage, and social engagement: it is crafted by individuals undergoing professional reintegration, in an approach that restores meaning and dignity to the act of creation.
About Sakina M’Sa
Born in the Comoros and raised in Marseille, Sakina M’Sa is known for her humanist and visionary approach to fashion. Educated through public grants, she has established an ethical, poetic, and activist label. By founding the Atelier du Tissu Social in Bagnolet, she was one of the first to develop a production model involving people in professional reintegration. For ten years, she appeared on the official Paris Fashion Week calendar, supported by the Fédération Française de la Haute Couture. A recipient of several awards (Kering, City of Paris, Bettencourt Foundation), she now embarks on a new chapter with M/SA: reconciling beauty, utility, and justice.
