"France remains the beating heart of global fashion. A major priority for our country is to carry that legacy forward by empowering the next generation of designers. A land of exceptional opportunities and inspiration, France has birthed some of the greatest names in fashion history to help nurture the talents of tomorrow. I have recently launched a series of dedicated initiatives. The ANDAM Fashion Awards are part of this momentum. I warmly congratulate all the winners and call on ANDAM and its partners to carry on providing their support well beyond the award.
