Paris Couture Week Fall-Winter 2025-2026 is running from July 07 to 10, 2025, presenting a compact schedule that showcases interesting changes. Glenn Martens is set to make his debut at Maison Margiela on July 09, Demna GVasalia unveils his final Balenciaga couture collection, and Dubai-based designer Rami Al Ali is joining the calendar as a guest designer on the last day.
Officially opening the week has been Schiaparelli, the famous couture house helmed by US designer Daniel Roseberry, on Monday 7 July at 10:00. Following, among the most anticipated shows of the first day, Iris Van Herpen, Elie Saab, Viktor&Rolf, until the closing with Maison Margiela: it is the first Artisanal collection signed by Glenn Martens, and also mark the return of the brand to the catwalk after the last show signed by John Galliano in 2024.
Demna will present the last haute couture collection for Balenciaga on July 10 at noon. After being appointed creative director of Gucci, where he will start working in July, the Georgian designer will close out his ten-year collaboration with the Parisian fashion house. The 2025 Paris Haute Couture calendar has some notable omissions: Dior will not be showing this season, as Maria Grazia Chiuri’s farewell collection already included some couture pieces. Robert Wun returns, while the Jean Paul Gaultier fashion house, entrusted to Duran Lantink, postpones the appointment to January 2026.
Paris Couture Week will be marked by artisanal savoir-faire and great contemporary talents. From the intricate, sculptural constructions of Rahul Mishra to the fresh sophistication of Julie de Libran, through the sustainable couture of RVDK Ronald van der Kemp, to the opulent embroidery of Zuhair Murad and Yuima Nakazato, known for blending traditional Japanese craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology.
