Gran Canaria Swim Week 2025, one of Europe's most important international swimwear events, will be held from October 22 to 25, 2025, on the island.

In collaboration with Iberia Express, the presentation took place at Hangar 7 in La Muñoza, the airline's maintenance facilities in Madrid, where an aircraft took center stage. Specialized media, content creators, institutions, and industry professionals gathered to learn firsthand about the new features of the next edition of the catwalk.

The event featured a speech by Minerva Alonso, Minister of Economic Development, Industry, Commerce, and Handicrafts of the Cabildo de Gran Canaria, who highlighted that "Gran Canaria Swim Week is a unique event in Europe, intrinsically linked to the local landscape, culture, and territory. The participating Canarian brands eloquently express these inherent values and characteristics at the event. It is an increasingly professional, international, and consolidated event."

"One of the best ways to achieve this is to sponsor and promote the main events held on the island, which contribute to exporting Gran Canaria, ensuring its recognition as a meeting point for an industry like fashion, and as an excellent location for organizing large-scale events," commented Isabel Rodríguez, commercial director of Iberia Express.

The agenda scheduled for this edition includes established Gran Canaria brands and designers such as Palmas, Maldito Sweet, Nuria González, Elena Morales, and Agüita Swimwear, among others. They will be joined by prominent national and international names, such as Victoria Cimadevilla, Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, Fiona Ferrer, and Dolores Cortés. The first fashion shows will be at the Mirador de las Dunas, a natural setting that will enhance the most authentic and spectacular image of the island.

Gran Canaria Swim Week is in partnership with White Milano, the trade show for international womenswear founded by Massimiliano Bizzi in Milan. The agreement between the two companies provides that the winning collections from the upcoming edition of Gran Canaria Swim Week will present their collections during the White June 2026 edition in Milan.
