The British Fashion Council has announced its nationwide City Wide Celebration, a curated programme of unique experiences and activations open to the public, aligning with LFW. This season, CWC will run throughout September, expanding its reach to include Liverpool, London, Manchester, and Newcastle.

CWC brings together designers, retailers, hospitality, and cultural institutions to celebrate the very best of the UK. Through a dynamic events programme, the initiative bridges culture and commerce, driving nationwide retail engagement while deepening the fashion conversation through cross-sector collaboration and meaningful public participation. The programme supports a new strategic direction set out by BFC chief executive Laura Weir, spotlighting creative excellence across the UK and engaging with local retailers and communities.

The CWC programme will consist of over 1000 experiences open to the public. This season, CWC launches "At Home With" presented by 1664 Blanc, a series of talks and panel discussions spotlighting the cultural and geographic roots of some of Britain’s most celebrated designers. Valued BFC Patrons will partner on the activations in each region, including Trafford Centre, Eldon Square, Fenwick Newcastle, and Liverpool One.
