The Altagamma Foundation has announced the winners of the ninth edition of the "Altagamma Young Enterprise Award - Believing in the Future". The winning companies will join Altagamma for one year and will have the opportunity to participate in exclusive training, networking, business strategy, and consulting events.
The project, launched in 2015 in collaboration with the award's partners, including Borsa Italiana, Elite-Gruppo Euronext, and SDA Bocconi School of Management, celebrates the vision, talent, and entrepreneurial courage of emerging high-end Italian brands. Since 1992, the Altagamma Foundation has gathered High-End Italian Cultural and Creative Companies, recognized globally as authentic ambassadors of Italian style. The mission is to increase the competitiveness of the High-End industry, contributing to Italy’s economic growth. The Altagamma members operate in multiple sectors, among which are fashion, design, jewellery, food, hospitality, automotive, yachts, and wellness. "The winners were selected for their demonstrated potential and the quality of their offerings, which make them the future leaders of Made in Italy excellence," explains a statement.
"Over nine years, Altagamma has created and committedly pursued this project, which was born together with Franca Sozzani to highlight the champions of the future: the young companies that will be the new interpreters of Italian high-end," said Stefania Lazzaroni, general manager of Altagamma." "These brands have the potential to become Made in Italy excellences in seven different sectors. Since 2015, 64 companies have been recognized by the Foundation's Award. Many of these have consolidated their position, some have joined Altagamma, and each has been part of our community for some time and has been able to count on the support of Borsa Italiana, Elite, and SDA Bocconi. Altagamma supports the future."
This year's winners are Francesco Murano and My Style Bags for fashion, Slalom for design, Paola Grande Gioielli for jewelry, Molino Pasini for food, Ice Yachts for speed, Portrait Milano for hotels, Lavika for wellness, and Acbc for innovation.
