MoCA Shanghai is pleased to present Do You Copy on August 26, 2019, as part of its ongoing “CROSS+” initiative. Encompassing the media of video, painting, photography, sculpture, installation, fashion, and artificial intelligence, Do You Copy features works by artists and creative collectives, over half of which are commissioned specifically for this exhibition or presented in public for the first time. The purpose of the exhibitions is to erase distinctions between artistic creations and immerse the viewer in a world without borders. Incorporating materials from the worlds of fashion, film, music, and illustration, Do You Copy aims to showcase human imagination about the future in different media and in different spaces and times.
