For the 10th edition in 2019, Göteborg International Biennial for Contemporary Art (GIBCA) will re-consider its format and extend beyond its implied temporality by inviting a curator to work with the two coming editions. GIBCA aims to offer artists a platform for long-term engagement with the local context and invites residents to foster and discover compelling artistic presentations.

Market Art Fair was initiated in 2006 by galleries representing all of the Nordic countries. Since then, Market Art Fair has become a trusted market and meeting place in the heart of the Nordic art industry.

This year it will take place from 17 to 29 September 2021 at Liljevalchs Konsthall.

During the fair selected galleries showcase an exclusive selection of the most interesting art on the Nordic art scene, focusing on carefully curated solo and duo projects. Market Art Fair also features an ambitious program of talks and projects and arranges a VIP program for international collectors and art professionals.
