| As Asia’s leading event in woodworking machinery, furniture production and interior design industry, CIFM / interzum guangzhou was first introduced into the China market in 2004. The event originated from interzum by Koelnmesse GmbH, one of the largest trade fair companies in the world with over 80 years of professional experience. The four-day woodworking machinery, furniture production and interior design fair – the largest and most comprehensive in Asia – starting Mar 27 showcased 130,000 square-meters of products from 29 countries and regions. Among the 1,057 exhibitors, 243 foreign manufacturers were hosted under the International Halls which grew by 30 percent this year, including first-time group exhibitors from the American Hardwood Export Council (AHEC), Turkey, Chile and Spain, as well as old-timers Germany, Italy and the US. | ||
