| Design District is the leading event for interior design in the Netherlands. About 150 high-quality participants show their newest and best products in the field of interior design on a 6,000 m² exhibition floor and in the immediate surroundings. The past 10 years the event took place under the name 100% Design in Rotterdam; The first years in the Cruise Terminal Rotterdam, and seven years in the Van Nelle Design Factory. Last 2 editions took place in Taets, Zaandam (near Amsterdam) under the new name Design District. The good accessiblitity, the favorable location in regard to Amsterdam and many free parking spaces are the reasons for keeping this venue for the 2014 event. | ||
