Fendi plans to unveil an exhibition entitled “The Glory of Water” during couture week in Paris. It will showcase Karl Lagerfeld photographs of Rome’s most striking fountains, including the Trevi, which Fendi has pledged to restore, along with the Quattro Fontane and others, as part of a four-year effort.

Fendi plans to erect a series of dark domes along the banks of the Seine near the ornate Pont Alexandre III bridge to house the exhibition, timed to coordinate with the opening of the Roman firm’s new store at 51 Avenue Montaigne.

The exhibit will be free admission for the public.
