The International Woolmark Prize is the incarnation of a 60 year history of design awards supported by the Australian wool industry. The competition recognises outstanding rising fashion labels from across the globe, with nominated designers invited to present their innovative Merino wool collections to a panel of industry experts during the July regional awards.

Five menswear finalists will meet at London Collections: Men in January 2015 for the very first international menswear edition of the award, to be judged by a panel of some of the world’s most important fashion industry figures. The overall winner will receive a AU$100,000 sponsorship, with their winning Merino wool capsule collection stocked in some of the world’s most prestigious fashion retailers.
