Le Fooding is transforming Chelsea’s most secret art gallery into a 52-hour pop-up restaurant. The restaurant will be operating around the clock with a new chef coming in every four hours to share a personalized menu that reflects the taste of the time. Among the chefs cooking for the event are Andrew Carmellini, Hugue Dufour, Brooks Headley, Massimo Bottura, and Mauro Colagreco. In homage to the “exquisite corpse” tradition of the French Surrealists, each chef will use a bit of stock from his predecessor's meal in the creation of his own dishes. Guests will experience a mélange of talent from 13 of the world's most acclaimed chefs. Tickets are $100 and include a four-course meal, half a bottle of Veuve Clicquot and San Pellegrino waters. $15 of each ticket sold will benefit Action Against Hunger.
