Merceria is a living performance and temporary store where objects carry traces of gesture and ritual rooted in time. Staged in Copenhagen, garments, bags, and jewellery come together as fragments of traditional Italian craftsmanship. The project evokes the intimate, domestic atmosphere of Italian shops, in dialogue with three brands grounded in craftsmanship and conscious production: Catheclisma, Sicels, and Sarta.
Merceria opens at Lille Kirkestræde 3 from July 31 to August 3, unfolding as a quiet passage between presence and memory. The presentation concludes with a closing performance on Monday, August 3, from 11:00–13:00, where repetition, wrapping, and continuity reveal the slow, considered practices behind the brands, accompanied by a breakfast selection of traditional Italian sweets.
Steeped in Italian culture and shaped by Scandinavian minimalism, Merceria explores fashion as something tactile, emotional, and deeply connected to everyday life.

Kolding School of Design's graduation runway show 'At the Intersection' brings together the final collections of 13 newly graduated fashion designers from our Bachelor’s and Master’s programmes.
Each designer approaches fashion from a distinct position, working across craftsmanship, material, form, storytelling, and critical inquiry.
Expect individual design worlds shaped by humour, speculative thinking, and a willingness to challenge established ideas of what fashion can be. On the runway, these different expressions intersect in a shared presentation while retaining their own clear identities.
The designers are: Josephine Dyjak Knudsen, Amina Catharina Kristensen, Nicki Sørensen, Marie Amalie Jægersborg, Mirabel De Guzman, Helene Julius, Julia Ilis, Emma Østerby, Hanna Zettl, Sasha Neema Ponte, Maggie Zhu Ding, Thea Thor, Camilla Enevoldsen

Rhea is a knitwear house built on attention, honesty and a deep respect for craft.
Founded by Roos Fleuren and Bridget Cumberworth, the brand was built around a simple idea: fewer, better and accessible garments made from the finest natural materials — merino wool, cashmere, silk, Egyptian cotton and lyocell. Pieces made to last, created with care for the people and processes behind them. Rhea is now joining Copenhagen Fashion Week with a two-day pop-up and exclusive brunch at Bintagged.
On Tuesday we open with an invite-only brunch from 11:00–13:00 for friends of the brand, followed by an open pop-up from 13:00–18:00. On Wednesday the pop-up continues from 11:00, with drinks from 16:00 to close the day.
Both founders will be there to introduce you to the collection, answer questions and help you find the right pieces to take home with you. Each piece carries a Renoon digital product passport. Simply scan the QR code on any garment to trace its materials, production and environmental footprint through a full Life Cycle Assessment. No claims without proof. Just the full story, right there on the label.

In celebration of her 10-year anniversary, Tess van Zalinge presents an interactive collection experience that invites visitors into her evolving creative universe. Through immersive set-ups, archival references and behind-the-scenes elements, key concepts from the past decade are revealed in layered and unexpected ways, offering a rare glimpse into the foundations of her practice.
Moving beyond the traditional runway format, keurslijf unfolds as a live, ongoing performance in which the process of couture becomes the presentation itself. Across fifteen couture looks, visitors are invited to witness garments being dressed directly on the body, hair and make-up completed live, and each finished silhouette moving through the space before returning backstage to begin the cycle again. With models continuously entering and leaving the presentation, no two moments are the same, allowing guests to arrive and depart at any point while experiencing couture in a constant state of transformation.

The Nervous System Reset is an immersive wellbeing experience created by Prudence Davis, founder of A Space to Breathe and A Matcha Space. Designed as a restorative pause during the intensity of Copenhagen Fashion Week, the session is rooted in nervous system regulation, breathwork, and modern ritual.
Reflecting Prudence's work at the intersection of psychology, movement, stress physiology, and holistic wellbeing, the experience draws on more than a decade of exploring how people can move beyond simply performing better to genuinely feeling better.
Amid the constant stimulation of Fashion Week, the session offers participants an opportunity to shift the nervous system from a heightened state of alertness into one of calm, clarity, and restoration.
Guests are guided through a carefully curated sequence that begins with breathwork to regulate the nervous system, followed by a deeply restorative meditation supported by immersive binaural soundscapes designed to encourage deep rest and mental recovery.
Throughout the experience, red light therapy by Lomé provides an additional layer of physical and sensory restoration while supporting the body's natural recovery processes.
The session concludes with ceremonial-grade matcha from A Matcha Space, prepared using 20Four Matcha and infused with Lion's Mane to support calm focus, mental clarity, and sustained energy.
The Creative Hub will run from August 5-6 and feature a range of activations.

Following the announcement of this year's four finalists for Scandinavia’s most prestigious and influential fashion award - Berner Kühl, Bonnetje, Caro Editions And O. Files - and the introduction of a bold new competition format, the jury has gained unprecedented insight into each designer’s vision, creativity and personality through a series of live working sessions held at their respective studios in April.
The jury will now cast its final vote, and for the first time in the history of the Prize, the winner of the Wessel & Vett Fashion Prize 2026 will be announced during Copenhagen Fashion Week SS27.
This marks a significant new chapter for the Prize, strengthening its commitment to supporting the next generation of Danish fashion talent while creating greater visibility and opportunity for emerging designers on an international stage.
The Wessel & Vett Fashion Prize stands as Scandinavia’s most prestigious and influential award for fashion design. Founded in 2012 by the visionary Wessel & Vett Foundation, the Prize champions entrepreneurship, innovation, and creative excellence.
While operating independently from the department store, the Prize celebrates emerging Danish design talent and honours the legacy of Magasin du Nord. By bridging tradition and innovation, it helps shape the future of Danish fashion while recognising the Wessel & Vett family's enduring contribution to Danish culture, commerce, and design.

After five and a half years, countless memories, shows, collections, friendships, and moments we never thought possible, the time has come to say goodbye.
Fine Chaos was always meant to be celebrated. Together.
On August 7, we invite you to join us for the final chapter of Fine Chaos. One last night where the people, energy, and community that shaped this journey come together to send the brand off properly. For this occasion, we have partnered with our long-time partner Hangaren to create something worthy of the moment.
A funeral, a celebration - a worthy farewell.
Leading the night will be Sega Bodega, whose sound has continuously pushed boundaries and inspired culture far beyond convention. Alongside him, we will bring a lineup that represents the friends and DJ's of Fine Chaos that will carry us through the final hours. This is not only the closing party of Copenhagen Fashion Week. This is the final Fine Chaos event. A final gathering for everyone who has been part of the journey - whether you attended a show, wore a collection, came to an event, collaborated with us, or simply followed along.
